This app is designed to help all. You can choose how many days per week you would like to train and choose from the abundance of delicious recipes. You will be provided with workouts and meal inspirations to follow from a library of healthy and delicious recipes. You can also connect your Apple Watch to the app to track your progress during live workout sessions with Johannah.

This app promotes a healthy balanced lifestyle, with attention to free movement and expression. 

Your workouts will have a range of intensity levels, but all are doable for all fitness and ability levels and are no longer than 1 hour. (Do what you can take breaks, respect your limits and have fun.)

The app includes quick & effective workouts (traditional strength training, dance, basic movement, trauma and mindfulness exercises, challenges, etc.) Weekly live sessions, and a community filled with like-minded individuals who have put their Fitness & Health first. will definitely get you moving!

We have been using Health Kit to facilitate users to track their health data when they do workouts. They can enable the iWatch option from the devices section under Account, the user has to open the iWatch App and Start Session. The health data like Heart Rate and Calorie Burn will be seen in Workouts Menu under Account.
